Brief Description:
Education Design Architects (EDA) is only one of its kind in India, a specialized architecture & design firm exclusively focusing on innovative learning spaces and 21st century educational institutions. We follow international best practices in education and design learning environments for today and tomorrow with one primary goal in mind — to improve learning outcomes.

Objective:
Improve the learning experience of children and build age appropriate and friendly learning environments and contribute to the very purpose of education – create global citizens.

1.American School Of Bombay, Mumbai – flexibility and transparency.
2.Vantage Hall Girls Residential School, Dehradun – learning community based design based on the brain based social channel capacity. 3.Oakridge International School,Bangalore – Focus on indoor – outdoor connectivity and use of central learning commons for project based learning.
4.Pathways World School, Aravali – Hitech campus with innovative technology intergration.
5.DSB German School, Mumbai – Agile learning environment with multi functional use

List 5 Key challenges faced while implementing the project/programme/initiative and how they were overcome:
1. vertical school with limited opportunities for outdoors. introduced learning terraces on vertical floors to provide connections to nature and make every floor conducive and not repetitive by design.
2.Girls only school – addressing safety & security measures for a residential school. use of multiple mechanisms to address safety aspects. . 3.designed & built in a record time of just 10months. site & development challenges overcome by working with all stakeholders on a regular basis not compromising on design & educational efficiency.
4.Selection of appropriate vendors to provide technological innovation in teaching & learning parctises along with holistic school management system.
5.Brown field development, renovayting & redeveloping a 12year building to meet international standards.
