Technology is widely used in our schools by students, parents and teachers in their daily interactions. At Indus we strongly believe in making students develop their thinking process by engaging with technology rather than consuming technology. The School uses Google Apps for Education – the Drive and mail- to connect with all stakeholders. The School has an interactive website and has its indigenously developed ERP system. All School Operations, Financial Operations, Academic Monitoring, HR Processes as well as Attendance etc. are managed through the online platform. The School internal communication is also done through ‘ CLzone’- the online zone for internal communications as well as School management. ICT is used heavily in academic transactions, be it Compassbox eLearning , Online diagnostic tests or monitoring the Learning Levels of children. The entire process of Performance Management is handled through the ‘HRIS’ on clzone. This includes setting up of KPA, 360 degree feedback as well as reverse feedback to the mentor.

4. SIS (Student Information System) is based on the ERP. Parents can access information .
5 .Integration of technology into the curriculum has happened with ease. The children can take the compassbox and diagnostic tests using SIS
List 5 Key challenges faced while implementing the project/programme/initiative and how they were overcome:
1. Initially the internet connectivity at homes was an issue but over the time it has been resolved.
2.Many times parents are not able to log in to SIS and Google mail as they interchange the username. Orientation sessions helped.
3.Many a times when the child logged in to the SIS to attempt the tests they would press submit. Practice tests helped to resolve this.
4.Updation of the entries in the Student Fee module needed lot training of the staff. This has been resolved with the ongoing training.. 5.There were no major challenges as the interface is user friendly
