Ms. Latha Venkateswar, a post-graduate in Educational Leadership, Manchester Metropolitan University, UK, is currently the Principal, Sabari Indian School, Dubai. Prior to joining Sabari Indian School, she has been part of the senior leadership team in GEMS Education, Dubai, for the past 12 years. She has had the opportunity to work in leadership positions in Muscat and India. As an educator for thirty-two years, she has been actively engaged in the continuous professional development of teachers, leaders and the Senior Leadership Team. She has led change and innovation in several schools as an educator. She believes that teacher empowerment is most crucial to school improvement. |
