A thought leader by profession and a transformation coach by passion she holds a Doctorate in Leadership and Management, M. Phil. In English (American Literature) with specialization in Semantics, and is a Certified Education and Leadership Trainer from University of Cambridge, UK. She is also a Certified Master NLP practitioner and uses powerful intervention through integration of NLP, Neuro- Semantics, Neuro- Science and Positive Psychology facilitating efficient ways to accomplish accelerated behavioral changes. In UAE alone she has lead large teams and has delivered 72,000 hours of learning and development, trained over 3,600 adults and 50, 000 young adults from 210 nationalities across the Indian Sub-continent, UK and the MENA region.
