Ramananda S is responsible for leading the sales for K12, Higher Education and PTE for Pearson India. The primary focus is to support and develop the ongoing transformation of the traditional publishing business to digital solutions and services business. His role involves strategizing and overlooking profitable sales growth, P&L management for K12 and Higher Education business for Pearson India.
Since taking over the responsibility, Ramananda has worked on the Sales transformation by aligning the structure, processes and workways to create standards of Sales Excellence and a stronger P&L.
He joined Pearson in August 2015. His expertise lies in sales, marketing, distribution and operations in managing geographies and key accounts in State & Central Governments, PSUs, large MNC’s and Enterprise segments.
He and his wife are proud parents of a daughter. He likes to read, travel and listen to music in his spare time and is known to be a keen sports enthusiast
