By submitting the nomination form and completing payment for World Education Awards 2026, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions related to your award nomination, evaluation, participation, payment, data usage, and associated communication.
By submitting the nomination form, you confirm that the information provided by you is true, accurate, complete, and submitted voluntarily.
You also confirm that you are authorised to submit the nomination on behalf of yourself, your institution, organisation, company, department, initiative, or represented entity, wherever applicable.
Submission of the nomination form and payment of the nomination fee does not guarantee shortlisting, selection, recognition, award confirmation, or any assured outcome.
World Education Awards 2026 may include award segments such as:
School Education
Higher Education
EdTech
Government
The organisers reserve the right to review, reclassify, modify, merge, rename, add, or remove award segments, categories, and sub-categories at their discretion.
If a nomination is submitted under an incorrect or unsuitable category, the organisers may shift it to a more relevant category, subject to internal review.
All nominations will be reviewed as per the awards evaluation process defined by the organisers.
Evaluation may be based on category relevance, quality of submission, supporting documents, innovation, impact, scalability, leadership, implementation, measurable outcomes, and overall contribution to the education ecosystem.
The organisers may request additional information, clarification, documents, case studies, images, presentations, or other supporting material from the nominee, if required.
Failure to provide required information within the given timeline may affect the evaluation of the nomination.
All shortlisted and winning entries will be subject to internal review, jury evaluation, committee assessment, and/or final approval by the organisers.
The decision of the jury, committee, and/or organisers shall be final and binding.
No correspondence, appeal, claim, or dispute regarding the final decision, scoring, ranking, shortlisting, or selection process shall be entertained.
The nomination fee, wherever applicable, must be paid as per the payment instructions provided by the organisers.
A nomination will be considered successfully submitted only after completion of the nomination form and successful receipt of payment, wherever payment is applicable.
The organisers reserve the right to withhold evaluation, shortlisting, award confirmation, certificate, trophy, event access, or any related benefit in case of non-payment, incomplete payment, delayed payment, failed transaction, payment mismatch, or incorrect payment details.
Once payment has been made towards an award nomination, the nomination fee is non-refundable.
No refund shall be provided in case of non-shortlisting, non-selection, non-winning, withdrawal of nomination, incorrect category selection, incomplete submission, late submission, rejection of nomination, failure to provide supporting documents, non-attendance at the event, no-show, or failure to avail any award-related benefit.
Payment of the nomination fee does not guarantee an award, certificate, trophy, stage recognition, speaking opportunity, delegate access, exhibition space, advertising benefit, or any other event-related entitlement unless specifically confirmed in writing by the organisers.
After successful payment, the nominee may receive a confirmation email or acknowledgement from the organising team.
Such acknowledgement only confirms receipt of nomination and payment. It does not confirm shortlisting, selection, award, invitation to the award ceremony, or any guaranteed recognition.
Nominees may be required to submit supporting documents, presentations, images, videos, case studies, testimonials, impact data, institutional details, company profiles, logos, or other relevant material.
By submitting such content, you confirm that:
You have the necessary rights and permissions to submit the material.
The content is accurate and does not contain false, misleading, defamatory, confidential, or unlawful information.
The content does not violate any intellectual property rights, privacy rights, contractual obligations, or third-party rights.
The organisers may use the submitted content for review, evaluation, communication, publication, promotion, and event-related purposes.
By submitting a nomination, you grant World Education Summit 2026 and Elets Technomedia Pvt. Ltd. permission to use the nominee's name, organisation name, institution name, logo, profile, photographs, videos, project details, initiative details, and award-related information for evaluation, event communication, promotional, editorial, marketing, publication, social media, press, and post-event reporting purposes.
This usage may include websites, brochures, event collaterals, award presentations, social media posts, press releases, newsletters, magazines, event reports, videos, and other communication platforms.
By submitting the nomination form, you consent to receive communication from World Education Summit 2026, World Education Awards 2026, Elets Technomedia Pvt. Ltd., and their authorised representatives through email, phone, SMS, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
This communication may relate to your nomination, payment, award category, supporting documents, shortlisting, jury process, ceremony details, event participation, marketing updates, future events, publications, sponsorship opportunities, advertising opportunities, and other relevant business communication.
By submitting the nomination form and completing payment, you consent to the collection, storage, processing, use, and sharing of the information provided by you for award-related, event-related, communication, marketing, networking, promotional, analytical, reporting, research, and operational purposes.
You agree that World Education Summit 2026 and Elets Technomedia Pvt. Ltd. may use your submitted information to contact you regarding your nomination, payment, award updates, event participation, related initiatives, future events, publications, campaigns, and business opportunities.
You further consent that your information may be shared with authorised external stakeholders, including but not limited to jury members, advisors, sponsors, partners, exhibitors, service providers, event technology providers, payment processors, registration partners, marketing partners, media partners, business associates, vendors, and other relevant stakeholders associated with World Education Summit 2026, World Education Awards 2026, and Elets Technomedia Pvt. Ltd.
Such information may be used for nomination evaluation, verification, communication, networking, lead generation, business engagement, promotional outreach, post-event follow-up, research, reporting, analytics, and other relevant purposes connected to the awards, summit, and associated platforms.
World Education Awards 2026 may involve jury members, sponsors, partners, exhibitors, service providers, event technology providers, media partners, and other third-party stakeholders.
By submitting the nomination, you agree that you may receive relevant communication from or through such authorised stakeholders in connection with the awards, summit, event participation, networking, business opportunities, promotional outreach, or post-event engagement.
The organisers shall not be responsible for any independent communication, offer, product, service, proposal, or engagement provided by any third party.
Submission of nomination and payment of nomination fee does not automatically include delegate registration, event access, award ceremony access, guest passes, travel, accommodation, speaking opportunity, exhibition space, or any other summit-related benefit unless expressly mentioned in writing by the organisers.
Access to the award ceremony, summit sessions, delegate areas, exhibition arena, networking zones, or any other event component will be subject to registration category, confirmation status, payment status, security guidelines, venue rules, and organiser approval.
The nomination fee is charged for processing and evaluation of the nomination. It does not guarantee selection, shortlisting, winning, trophy, certificate, stage recognition, media coverage, social media coverage, publication, or any other promotional benefit.
Any award-related announcement, recognition, communication, or promotional activity will be at the discretion of the organisers.
The organisers reserve the right to reject, disqualify, withdraw, or cancel any nomination at any stage if the information submitted is found to be false, misleading, incomplete, plagiarised, unauthorised, inappropriate, or in violation of any applicable terms, laws, rights, or ethical standards.
If an award has already been announced or presented and the submitted information is later found to be incorrect or misleading, the organisers reserve the right to revoke the award, recognition, certificate, trophy, or associated benefits.
No refund shall be provided in such cases.
By attending or participating in World Education Awards 2026 and/or World Education Summit 2026, you consent to being photographed, filmed, recorded, or otherwise captured during the event.
You agree that the organisers may use such photographs, videos, recordings, testimonials, quotes, interviews, and event-related content for promotional, editorial, archival, marketing, social media, press, publication, and commercial purposes without additional approval or compensation.
This may include usage across websites, social media platforms, Digital Learning, Elets platforms, event reports, brochures, videos, press releases, newsletters, magazines, and other communication channels.
All event names, award names, logos, brand identities, website content, event materials, award materials, certificates, trophies, designs, publications, session content, photographs, videos, promotional assets, and intellectual property related to World Education Summit 2026, World Education Awards 2026, Digital Learning, and Elets Technomedia Pvt. Ltd. remain the property of their respective owners.
No nominee, organisation, or third party may use the award name, event name, logo, brand identity, winner badge, certificate design, trophy design, or associated intellectual property for public, promotional, or commercial use without prior written approval, except where official permission or official award communication material has been provided by the organisers.
The organisers reserve the right to modify, merge, rename, replace, postpone, or cancel any award segment, category, sub-category, nomination process, evaluation process, ceremony format, announcement format, or award-related benefit at their discretion.
Any such change shall not automatically entitle the nominee to a refund, compensation, claim, or assured benefit.
All nominees, applicants, representatives, guests, award participants, and associated stakeholders are expected to maintain professional conduct in all communications and event-related engagements.
The organisers reserve the right to deny participation, remove access, reject nomination, withdraw recognition, or cancel association in case of misconduct, inappropriate communication, harassment, misrepresentation, unauthorised promotion, non-compliance, or any action that may affect the reputation, safety, credibility, or smooth functioning of the awards or summit.
World Education Awards 2026, World Education Summit 2026, and Elets Technomedia Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any loss, damage, inconvenience, business loss, opportunity loss, reputational loss, financial loss, travel cost, accommodation cost, or claim arising from nomination submission, payment, non-shortlisting, non-selection, non-winning, event changes, jury decisions, technical issues, payment failure, venue restrictions, third-party communication, no-show, cancellation, or any decision related to award participation or recognition.
The organisers shall not be responsible for any delay, disruption, cancellation, postponement, rescheduling, or modification of the awards or event caused by circumstances beyond their reasonable control.
This may include, but is not limited to, government regulations, public health concerns, natural disasters, security issues, venue restrictions, travel disruptions, technical failures, strikes, or any other force majeure event.
In such cases, the organisers reserve the right to modify the awards format, date, venue, evaluation timeline, announcement process, or participation structure.
The organisers reserve the right to update, modify, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Continued engagement with World Education Awards 2026 or World Education Summit 2026 after such updates shall be considered acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
