Terms & Conditions for Delegate Registration

By submitting the delegate registration form for World Education Summit 2026, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions related to your participation as a delegate under the Higher Education, School Education, EdTech, or any other applicable delegate category.

1. Delegate Registration

By registering as a delegate, you confirm that the information provided by you is true, accurate, complete, and submitted voluntarily.

You also confirm that you are registering on behalf of yourself and/or your organisation with proper authorisation, wherever applicable.

Submission of the delegate registration form does not automatically guarantee confirmed participation unless the registration is accepted and, where applicable, the required payment is received and confirmed by the organising team.

2. Delegate Categories

Delegate registration may be available under categories including, but not limited to:

Higher Education

School Education

EdTech

Government

Policy

Industry

Institutional Leadership

Other education-related segments

The organisers reserve the right to review, reclassify, approve, or decline any delegate registration based on the information submitted, category relevance, eligibility, event capacity, payment status, and internal guidelines.

3. Confirmation of Participation

Delegate participation will be confirmed only after successful completion of the registration process and, where applicable, receipt of payment.

The organisers may share confirmation details through email, phone, SMS, WhatsApp, or other communication channels.

Delegate badges, access passes, entry rights, and participation benefits will be issued as per the final confirmation and event policies.

4. Payments

Any applicable delegate registration fee must be paid as per the payment instructions shared by the organising team.

Registration will be considered confirmed only after receipt and verification of payment, wherever payment is applicable.

The organisers reserve the right to withhold confirmation, delegate access, event entry, or participation benefits in case of non-payment, incomplete payment, delayed payment, or incorrect payment details.

5. No-Show, Cancellation and Refund Policy

Once payment has been made and delegate participation is confirmed, no refund shall be provided in case the delegate does not attend, cancels participation, arrives late, misses sessions, or fails to utilise the confirmed delegate pass or any event-related benefit.

No refund shall be applicable for no-shows, non-attendance, last-minute cancellations, unused delegate passes, missed sessions, missed networking opportunities, missed meetings, change in personal schedule, travel-related issues, or failure to avail any confirmed delegate benefit.

6. Delegate Pass and Access

Delegate passes are issued only to registered and confirmed participants.

Delegate passes are non-transferable.

The organisers reserve the right to verify delegate identity, organisation details, payment status, and registration confirmation at any stage before or during the event.

Entry may be denied in case of incomplete registration, unpaid registration, incorrect information, unauthorised transfer of pass, misconduct, violation of event guidelines, or failure to comply with venue/security requirements.

7. Event Agenda and Programme

The event agenda, speakers, sessions, timings, venue details, networking formats, and programme structure are subject to change at the discretion of the organisers.

The organisers reserve the right to modify, reschedule, merge, replace, or cancel any session, speaker, track, networking activity, or event component without prior notice.

Any change in agenda, speaker, session, timing, or event format shall not entitle the delegate to a refund, compensation, or claim.

8. Communication Consent

By submitting the delegate registration form, you consent to receive communication from World Education Summit 2026, Elets Technomedia Pvt. Ltd., and its authorised representatives through email, phone, SMS, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

This communication may relate to your registration, payment, confirmation, event updates, agenda, speakers, delegate access, networking opportunities, partner updates, sponsor communication, post-event communication, future events, publications, and relevant business opportunities.

9. Consent for Data Usage and Sharing

By registering as a delegate, you consent to the collection, storage, processing, use, and sharing of the information provided by you for event-related, communication, marketing, networking, promotional, analytical, reporting, and operational purposes.

You agree that World Education Summit 2026 and Elets Technomedia Pvt. Ltd. may use your submitted information to contact you regarding your delegate registration, participation, event updates, agenda, networking opportunities, related initiatives, future events, publications, and business opportunities.

You further consent that your information may be shared with authorised external stakeholders, including but not limited to sponsors, partners, exhibitors, service providers, event technology providers, registration partners, marketing partners, media partners, business associates, vendors, and other relevant stakeholders associated with World Education Summit 2026 and Elets Technomedia Pvt. Ltd.

Such information may be used for event coordination, networking, lead generation, business engagement, promotional outreach, post-event follow-up, research, reporting, analytics, and other relevant purposes connected to the summit and associated platforms.

10. Networking and Third-Party Communication

World Education Summit 2026 may provide networking opportunities involving sponsors, partners, exhibitors, speakers, delegates, service providers, and other event stakeholders.

By registering as a delegate, you agree that your details may be used to facilitate relevant networking, meetings, business interactions, promotional outreach, and post-event engagement.

You may receive communication from or through authorised sponsors, partners, exhibitors, service providers, or associated stakeholders in connection with the summit or related opportunities.

The organisers shall not be responsible for any independent communication, offer, product, service, or proposal made by any third party.

11. Use of Submitted Information

Any information submitted by you, including your name, designation, organisation, email, phone number, profile details, sector, and area of interest, may be used for delegate registration, event management, networking, communication, reporting, promotional outreach, and related business purposes.

You confirm that the submitted information does not violate any confidentiality obligation, third-party right, contractual restriction, or applicable law.

12. Photography, Videography and Media Usage

By attending World Education Summit 2026, you consent to being photographed, filmed, recorded, or otherwise captured during the event.

You agree that the organisers may use such photographs, videos, recordings, testimonials, quotes, and event-related content for promotional, editorial, archival, marketing, social media, press, publication, and commercial purposes without additional approval or compensation.

This may include usage across websites, social media platforms, Digital Learning, Elets platforms, event reports, brochures, videos, press releases, newsletters, and other communication channels.

13. Code of Conduct

All delegates are expected to maintain professional conduct during the event and in all event-related communication.

Delegates must not engage in misconduct, harassment, disruptive behaviour, unauthorised promotion, misrepresentation, misuse of event access, or any activity that may affect the reputation, safety, or smooth functioning of the summit.

The organisers reserve the right to deny entry, remove a delegate from the event, restrict access, or cancel participation in case of inappropriate behaviour or violation of event policies.

14. Event Security and Venue Guidelines

Delegates must comply with all event security protocols, venue rules, badge requirements, access controls, and instructions issued by the organisers or venue authorities.

The organisers reserve the right to conduct identity checks, badge verification, access screening, and other security procedures as required.

Failure to comply with security or venue guidelines may result in denial of entry or removal from the event.

15. Intellectual Property

All event content, branding, logos, session materials, presentations, videos, photographs, publications, designs, and intellectual property related to World Education Summit 2026, Digital Learning, and Elets Technomedia Pvt. Ltd. remain the property of their respective owners.

Delegates may not use the event name, logo, content, speaker material, sponsor material, or any associated intellectual property for commercial, promotional, or public use without prior written permission.

16. Limitation of Liability

World Education Summit 2026 and Elets Technomedia Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any loss, damage, inconvenience, business loss, opportunity loss, financial loss, travel cost, accommodation cost, or claim arising from delegate registration, non-attendance, no-show, event changes, agenda modifications, speaker changes, technical issues, venue restrictions, third-party communication, or any decision related to event access or participation.

Delegates are responsible for their own travel, accommodation, personal belongings, documents, and other arrangements unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing.

17. Force Majeure

The organisers shall not be responsible for any delay, disruption, cancellation, rescheduling, or modification of the event caused by circumstances beyond their reasonable control.

This may include, but is not limited to, government regulations, public health concerns, natural disasters, security issues, venue restrictions, travel disruptions, technical failures, strikes, or any other force majeure event.

In such cases, the organisers reserve the right to modify the event format, date, venue, access policy, or participation structure.

18. Right to Modify Terms

The organisers reserve the right to update, modify, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Continued engagement with World Education Summit 2026 after such updates shall be considered acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
