Dr Gupta, a social entrepreneur, has been promoting the concept of Information and Communications Technology (ICT) for the development of society, for last two decades through research, advocacy, conferences, publications, and workshops.
A doctorate in Business Economics, from University of Delhi, he is double M.Tech from prestigious institutions of IIT Roorkee, and IIT Kanpur.
