“India is a hub of IT, India is a hub of innovation, so why not education? World Education Summit was started with a vision to support India in becoming the global educational hub.

The core idea was to highlight how innovators, start-ups, small companies, medium size companies, big companies are taking various steps to reach out to urban schools, rural schools and trying to transform the Indian education sector.

We have always felt that there is a need of more collaboration between academia and industry, academia and academia, industry and industry of course, and industry and government. And that’s how the idea of world education summit got conceptualised.
Our aim is to reach every nook and corner of the country and also to expand globally. The agenda is to take India outside and bring the people from across the world to India.

In the last 14 editions, World Education Summit has its footprints at Denver, Bahrain and Dubai (twice). We aimed to create an ecosystem where the stakeholders are able to learn and collaborate with each other and build the entire education industry. Education, we need to accept, is an industry which we need to take forward if we want to take India to the status of a developing country. Education is the only way.
